Hey, if I apply for 1 goods and services, let's say coffee/tea, class 30, in a trademark... does that mean that I have the right to everything under class 30, example, baked goods, pizza, and pasta?

If i have an LLC in the state i am doing business, this case, Massachusetts, and i have another LLC in another state that i don't have a business, like Wyoming and i want to set the WY LLC as the holding or master for the MA LLC, how is this done? With the Secretary of Estate in Massachusetts?
