Rene, your Dakar is in great shape. I have one, too! Mine's been reliable except I had a rear brake lock up...ended up replacing the rear Brembo master cylinder at 29k/km. Its as heavy as my F800r, but I enjoy the more upright seating position and highway comfort with great mpg. It's off road capable but a chore to pick up! Super great ground clearance but it really is suited for logging roads. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine!
