I am on a mission to come up with the best technique to bake bread on the grill. This was my first attempt and it was damn good. Kind of reminded me of the fresh bread that’s served with a meal at a restaurant. Experiment and try to bake some bread on the grill!!

Christ, Nate, your mission is rocking on! Well done. Your bread looked fantastic, and I am sure tasted that way as well. Your Kettle Pizza device sure helps!

Sure wish I was better at baking. I usually get frustrated and just go out to buy a loaf! 😆

Great 1st attempt for bread, I knead to shoot some more bread vids, HaHa. I am thinking of getting one of those kettlepizza things, but the price here in Canada would be $620 for all 3 pieces like you have. I just don't have the cheddar to buy luxury items at this time. I have baked bread in a loaf pan on my Weber GBS several times with great success.
Rock On!!! GB

Can't find it now out west, but there is/was a garlic butter spread that came in a jar in the spice aisle. Wish I could find it here. Makes a fantastic garlic bread. Plenty of garlic flavor.

Nice first attempt Nate... bread looks good! What kind of sandwich did you make with the bread? Or maybe you spread a little butter on it... Thanks!

You forgot to show/mention the difference between the first and second batches.
Crust should be thicker with out basting, but softer for obvious reasons. Bread makers can change temperatures from very high to baking temp in order to seal the loafs... but for different recipes of course.
I haven't used my Kettlepizza for bread making yet, but I did use the gas Summit as it has more controlled conditions... but you gave me an idea, but right now with these near summer temperatures it doesn't feel right, grr.
Cheers and thanks for the video!
