Well after looking at the property it’s nice but the drawback is it’s way too close to your neighbor. Yeah you might have a few trees in between your butt for house that size do you want at least 10 acres anyway to be surrounded by being packed in like sardines doesn’t cut it for me, but that’s just my opinion.
