I'm a legit 90s kid who remembers seeing this all the time on Cartoon Network so you bet this cartoon came to mind when I first learned of Pizza Tower!
If this is really is Peppino's or The Noise's backstory, then I'm gonna assume once he broke out of prison, he returned home and beat the ever living shit out of his abusive father and then took up either the identity of Peppino Spaghetti to make sure he never repeats the failure of his youth or became The Noise and developed an unfathomable hatred for pizza due to trauma he still felt due to his failed delivery.

I know it's just a meme but this actually wouldn't serve as that bad of an actual backstory for the noise. The man is batshit insane and hates pizzas, and this'd fit as an explanation for it like a tailored glove.
