Run by 77-year-old Uncle Lim and his suave son Gilbert, the hawker stall serves Teochew-style fish ball noodles that is both flavourful and satisfying. The fish and meat balls, liver, prawns are tender and springy, with a delightful texture that pairs perfectly with the al dente noodles.
The broth, rich and savoury, is a masterclass in umami flavour, with a depth that will leave you slurping every last drop.
