I got the AP5000 it works oustanding, i am very happy and the price is excelent

This generator does the job a lot cheaper than some of the competition. It's a bit noisier, and has no push-button starter, but I'd rather save a few hundred bucks.

I have a sua 5500 .. but it says something about a 3mm gap between motor and shockabsorber.. the thing is that i dont see how to make the gap.. there irnno space

I have an AP4000. The instructions say to "Adjust Shock-absorbing Seat." The nuts it says to loosen are underneath the unit. Does this need to be done and if so, how? Or does the preassembled unit already account for the 3mm gap?

On the app 5000 model which kind of oil it uses ? Regular 10-30 motor oil ? Detergent or not detergent oil ? Sintetic oil like amsoil 10-30??. Thanks

I recently bought one of your generators and this video mentions that we can get up to 9 hours of runtime at half load. My question is if I would get further efficiency gains if I run it with a 25% load or 10% load (for example)?
