Boat Restoration | $1,000 Seacraft 23 Sitting For 12 YEARS!

In this video I pick up a 1978 Seacraft Sceptre that I bought for $1,000. This boat has sat for over 12 years without washing so I give it a thorough wash, I do a quick walk through of the boat and I discuss future plans for the restoration of the boat!

That boat will ride so much better then a parker also!! I grew up on a 1977/78 20ft cuddy Seacraft. My Grandfather passed away in 2024 at 84 and use the boat up until he was 81 I look forward to restoring it and keeping it in the family!!!

I had 3 boats when I was a kid. They were all project boats and had my father to bring the boats back back from the dead. He built a custom one off trailer from Air Force surplus bomb trailer that held my anacapri. He could do it all.

Love the project! If you are going to be doing so much glass work, consider a side dive door and putting the a/c on the roof, keep the rear deck as clear as possible.
