Would it be possible to this with simple change on msmdsrv.inin file - where value for the Deployment mode is changed from 2 (Tabular) to 0 (Multidimensional). Save, copy back to the destination on the Server under Programs Files\Microsoft SQL Server\ ...\Config, then paste and then restart from Services - SQL Server Analysis Services instance?
