It's not enough to know all the technical Project Management skills. To succeed, you need a load of non-technical skills too. Here are my top 12.

First, by non-technical, I mean skills that are not the key PM skills like scheduling, risk management, resource planning.

Communication goes without saying.
So, I don't include it. Instead, let’s get more granular.

Most of these have a big element of communication in them:
1. Leadership
2. Facilitation
3. Feedback
4. Briefing
5. Presenting
6. Influencing
7. Negotiating
8. Problem Solving
9. Decision Making
10. Conflict Resolution
11. Financial Skills
12. Strategic thinking

Carefully curated video recommendations for you:

A while back, I asked Project Managers in a couple of forums what material things you need to have, to do your job as a Project Manager. They responded magnificently. I compiled their answers into a Kit list.
