One thing i never understood with some if not majority of these houses, is why should be pay so much money in this case 600k for little to no privacy. The backyard fence so low so your neighbor can get into your business and listen to every conversation if you both there at same time. Rather buy empty land and build a gate saying no one is welcome lol
