I've worked in three different daycares, and let me tell you, all of them were a TRIP. I've watched daycare employees do a lot they weren't supposed to, especially when it came to the kids. Good on you to ensure a family member will be watching your son, because daycares do be freaking CRAZY. Working at a school was so much better, tbh.
