Don't know why everybody's hating on canelo ducking and all that he literally has fought the best of the best

160-168 Canelo was the best. Peak was around 2018-2021 and sadly he is gradually declining due to father time.

There is no difference between the super welterweight and junior middleweight divisions in boxing. They are simply two names for the same weight class, with a limit of 154 pounds (69.9 kg). The division's name varies depending on the organization or regional preference.

You can thank Mayweather for making the boxer Canelo became… if he never lost I don't think he would changed anything… he knew he F*** up when he lost and made changes for the better

He's one of best to do it no doubt y would he accept smaller payouts people say he duck a few but those few don't even have the knockout power people tamp his character he on roids they all on it even if he is it's boxing any mma any powerlifting pro they all on the juice with exception of maybe maybe just muay thai in Thailand still would think adleast 50 percentage of muay thai guys on it minimum but even then I would think all those guys juiced at that level with 100 fights 20 even if they don't know it their is no need to discredit their technique theirs been plenty of roided out opponents with no skills

There is no evolution in Canelo’s style. He’s the same boxer now compared to back then. He’s nothing but a Mexican slugger with good head movement. He’s only gone so far because of his power. Does all of that head movement making himself tired without setting up a counter.

How can anyone not give this man his flowers. At this point, boxing needs Canelo more than Canelo needs boxing. He has hundreds of millions in the bank and doesn't even need to box anymore.

I love middle weight Canelo but to be honest Super middle weight Canelo is his most practical style

Man jumped like 20 pounds up through weight divisions, when for some fighters 3-4 is huge change, and people still think he needs to prove being legit fighting some cruiserweight in super middleweight🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻

We won’t get another canelo in a long time, he will definitely go down in history as one of the greats can’t wait to tell my children about this legendary boxer I’m just happy to be born in this era to witness it

Middleweight Canelo is the most refined version. That Canelo led the way for what I heard some commentator describe as “New Mexican power boxing.” Guys like Bam and El Rayon are following suit

2011-2013 Canelo is my favorite.

2018-19 is what I’d say is his best. Beat GGG, Jacobs, and Kovalev. A P4P tier win, an elite tier win, and a victory over a washed fighter but nonetheless jumping two weight classes to defeat a bigger fighter. Beat a nothing fighter in fielding during the middle of that run, but was an impressive demolition.

My fav versions of canelo are him at middleweight and supermiddleweight. Middleweight imo was him at his prime, but I do love and admire him going up to supermiddleweight and walking down bigger men. Unless you've experienced it, you won't know how much harder it is to fight someone who's taller, heavier, and with a longer reach than you
