When you do that you have to let the clay stiffen a bit, you just have to be happy with the overall result, dude that's great 👌

I think you need to let your pieces dry for several days before putting them together. They were so beautiful! I tell myself every flop teaches me a lesson. 😉

The lower half was too wet to attach to the second half is all. It’s okay! We all make mistakes along the way!

I would have left the two pieces to dry then connect them and get rid of the excess then

Use a balloon blow it up and it will hold the bottom so it doesn't collabs that might work I don’t know though.
