2019 novel coronavirus in culture

Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (Doherty Institute) scientists have successfully grown the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) from a patient sample, providing laboratories around the world with crucial information to help combat the virus.

This is a time-lapse video of a cell-culture infected with the novel coronavirus. A single layer of kidney cells is visible at the start of the footage and slowly, black dots appear across the cell sheet. The virus cannot be seen, but evidence of its presence can be as infected cells which appear as black dots. As more cells become infected with virus they lift off the cell layer and appear as black dots. More and more infected cells become visible. The video footage starts following 40hrs of culture and finishes following 80hrs of incubation.

Dear Doherty Institute since you have such had such a big hand in making out this is so different to other coronaviruses and influenzas we have had for decades please tell us that you have something more impressive by now. Something along the lines of 1. documentation proving ACTUAL ISOLATION of the virus called severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and/or (SARS-CoV-2 Delta) which is confirmed by means of a purified viral sample being imaged with an electron microscope.
2. Documentation (a controlled scientific experiment in humans or animals) where the isolated SARS-CoV-2 virus (any strain) is exposed to healthy humans or animals and shown to cause the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) with lungs filling with mucus.
Preferably this evidence should be provided according to Koch’s 4 postulates
(i) The microorganism must be found in diseased but not healthy
individuals;
(ii) The microorganism must be cultured from the diseased individual;
(iii) Inoculation of a healthy individual must recapitulate the disease;
(iv) The microorganism must be re-isolated and matched to the original
microorganism.”

Can someone explain to me what any of this is? I'm not done with highschool bio yet, so all I'm seeing is some dots moving around on some white stuff. Are the dots the actual virii, or infected cells, or... lil grains of sand...? What's the white stuff? How sped up is this? How are the dots moving? What's special about these dots vs other kinds of dots?

Where are the viruses? They wouldn't be in this video because they're too small to see with a light microscope.
