Chinese non-stick egg pudding, just wanted to try

It’s sweet and chewy, nothing special

Ingredients
5 Egg Yolk4 tbsp SugarPinch Salt1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
3/4 cup WaterVegetable Oil
Mix yolks with sugar and salt, and combine tapioca flour and water. Add to the yolks mixture. Strain. Add vegetable oil to a non-stick pan and cook on medium heat for 5 min, add more oil and cook until it will stick together for another few minutes
