Just a little ricotta (adds 2 spoonfuls)... just a couple of these tomatoes (adds like 12) haha love it

Every 6 months or so, I make a batch of spaghetti and freeze it in 8oz deli containers so I can make spaghetti sandwiches and breakfasts like this, whenever the mood hits. RIP sir. ❤️

Looks like a Vollrath Z4010 skillet? I own them, give them as gifts. I love how Jack appears to be right handed but can flip the skillet left handed. I suppose to be a proper chef one must be ambidextrous .
