TT isle man 3 is the best motorcycle racing game and perhaps racing game ever.
The feel, physics and camera is perfect!
And Rims racing, of course.

In the early 2000s there was a 3D open-world motorcycle game where you kinda went around GTA style doing missions like crime and stuff, you could run over enemies or shoot them, and there were chases around the city to get out of the situation. I had a demo version from a CD that came free witha computer magazine. I can't for the life of me recall what the name was called, it was a lot of fun...
