Testing my new GoPro Hero4 Silver with the chest mount. Overall, it’s too shaky to use while running! :( I’ll be testing the chest mount this summer while biking to see the difference. Most likely will buy the head mount and test it out as well.

I like running too, this is my class in August: PEAC070 Walk/Jog for Aerobic Fitness teaches proper walking and jogging techniques, as well as basic health and wellness concepts. Primary emphasis will be on concepts of cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength. Distance training will be introduced as well....watch out distance running...here comes Army Strong....:D
