I used to coach a semipro team and we would often use this smoke on pistol round, complete with 4 players going quiet in Palace and one person popping out B first with 2 flashes and the smoke for kitchen window. Almost always there would be 4 players on B and then the other 4 Ts would waterfall out of Palace. Those were good days :) thanks for the reminder
