Why Arcanist HEALERS in PvP Are BETTER than EVERYTHING ELSE

Big homie if u still confused, unbuffed i healed for roughly 10k no crit in 1 second because this heals 3 times a second. But Arcanist are just shields lol.
Idk y no one figured this out on Yt. This been like this since the reveal of the class

Every time I see an enemy player using the curative surge in PvP I bash them or lock them down with a hard or soft CC and that wipes out any healing they were trying to do. This works best in Battle Grounds I'd say. Too easy to counter in Cyrodiil with counter siege, ball groups/negates, etc. Your movement speed is severely compromised for those 4 seconds also.
