Are pasture-raised eggs healthier?

I vote with my dollars. I buy from local farmers whenever possible and grass fed, pasture raised. ALDIs and others have these at affordable prices. Thank you Dr Paul for using your platform to encourage and educate.

I buy the regenerative eggs. I noticed the shells are stronger too. I no longer have eggs bursting in the water when i boil them. Awesome eggs

Make a roll top with a clear screen. The chickens need sunlight and the clear screen will protect and give more oxygen. Roll closed when time or needed. Perfect final touch!!!

I pay months for eggs delivered every two weeks from a local farm down the road. It’s still cheaper than the free range premium eggs at a store. SHOP LOCAL!

This is vitally important, especially for those who think mass scale vegetable farming is good for the planet. It destroys the soil and all wildlife around it, whereas regenerative farming nourishes. Plus, the animals are very happy!!

I worked on a pastored farm, . The only issue is that we gave them supplements, antobiotics ans steroids where needed. We then injest them sadly
