Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are engaged

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards and Liverpool player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are getting married after dating for almost six years and welcoming a baby boy named Axel.
During a romantic getaway, Alex proposed to his pop star girlfriend at sunset, getting down on one knee to present her with possibly the biggest diamond we’ve ever seen.
The singer shared the happy news on her Instagram page along with some pictures of footballer Alex as he got down on one knee to propose.

Captioning her post, she wrote: 'Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said… YES!'
The couple were inundated with congratulatory messages in the comments section, with former TOWIE star Lauren Pope writing: 'Aw congratulations.'
Bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall were among the first to congratulate the couple, with Jade leaving a string of crying and heart emojis.
Perrie and Alex started dating at the end of 2016 but only made their relationship public in 2017.
In August 2021, they welcomed their son, Axel.
It is not the first time Perrie got engaged in her life.She previously dated ex One Direction member Zayn Malik. They got engaged in August 2013 but later split in August 2015.
