Introduction to Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR)

Hello Everyone,

It has been way too long since we last talked! I hope everyone is doing well. I am beginning a new series of videos on the Mobile Industrial Robot (MiR) product line. These are robots that can be implemented on a manufacturing plant floor to move different types of product from point A to point B. What is unique about these robots is the fact that they do not need any type of magnetic strips or tracks to follow. This eliminates the large up front costs of infrastructure changes. Instead these robots purely store a map of your facility on their on board PC. There are AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms running on this PC that direct robot how to get from point A to point B. This is super exciting technology. #artificialintelligence #robotics
