1:30 literally just factually incorrect. You CAN mix elements, and the bar does not go down. Applying 2 different elements stores the first element, mixing 2 successfully afflicted anomalies triggers an anomaly reaction called disorder. I don't know how you missed that but should probably update a pinned comment or something because what you said is just plain wrong.
