Sleeping in a hammock can be rough but I’m sure sleeping on the ground deep in the Amazon jungle would have been a far worse experience😂. Great video, definitely want to copy this experience

Here in Dominican Republic we do cassava too, it is one of our main traditional snacks. Yuca/Mandioca is a huge part of our diet. I also saw yautia plants around your camp in this video, yautia is also a very important food in DR. Carambola is also common here. Looks like Brazil and DR have more than a few things in common, foodwise at least lol

Sleeping in a hammock is actually really good. Maybe her neck was sore because she was too close to the end of the hammock, usually you gotta sleep with your body as close to the middle, or the hammock would need to be lower so it is not too angled.

Also, a disclaimer for the star fruit: do NOT eat too much. Star fruits have oxalic acid and some other components that are really harmful to the kidneys. So, it's bad for people with kidney problems, but also to people with healthy kidneys.
