Considering how big a fanbase this show obviously still has, it's a tragedy there hasn't been a Knight Rider reboot with some real effort put into it. The 2008 series had the right idea, but the TV execs tried to turn it into Transformers and ruined it. I want to see the gritty film reboot that Hasselhoff has said he wants to make.

I just love the sound of KITT. When switched on sounds like a fucking airplane. You could feel the power of the cars engine. And the lights give the car a mysterious vibe. I can still remember how excited I was watching the show as a kid. Fucking glorious. ❤

The scene were those street tuners rebuild KITT made me think that it would be great if they did a cameo in F&F where they drive by/pull up to David Hasselhoff driving KITT. Like Michael and KITT are out there doing work still.
