What about the 1.25% for continuous load?

Last time I took the icc test I had the following question; lighting load for an assembly hall, 2000 sq. Ft. 120/240v 1phase and no other loads. Two of the answers were; 8.3a and 10.4a so is the answer 8.3? Thanks for your time

Where do you get the 3.5 VA's /sq ft? My chart in the 2020 book shows office as 1.3 and the note says banks are offices. Could this be a change from the 2017 book?
