A nail biting finish in 1996 when the broncos had an amazing goal line stop against the bears.

I was 7. My parents took me to this one; my dad was a high school teacher, so we certainly couldn't afford the best seats, but we were right at the very top of the north end zone. I remember the roar was just unfathomably loud. I was also very lucky to be at the Elway-to-Rod Smith Washington game the previous year (we tried to go to 1-2 a year back in the 90s when it was affordable), but this was louder. This was, for me, my favorite moment ever at Old Mile High. Loved growing up as a Broncos fan in the 90s, loved Elway, and love my parents for introducing me to this wonderful sport.

I remember this game. I was 18 years old and had just started at a college in Chicago. My dad (RIP) and my older brother were watching with me. This was such a disappointing loss not only because we had a chance to win at the end but also because of the high expectations going into that season.

Posting this cpl days before chi plays @den, as a chi fan I always look fwd to these visits, each time there chi has played em tough but much of the time has ended up on the short end of the stick in a close finish like this one

Classic trap game for Denver. Coming off a big AFC West 1st place showdown with Kansas City and a MNF game at Oakland, with road games at New England and at Minnesota sandwiching this Bear game.

Oh and the Broncos were playing on a short week

We won our first super bowl that year. Several close picks from us, I'm disappointed. We should've have those picks and get more run and tds from both Elway and TD
