Good arena shooters like Halo are hard to come by, but with the state of Halo Infinite, Splitgate is a refreshing experience full of features like a variety of game modes, maps, forge and more. Is Splitgate good? Is Splitgate worth it?

Every time I see footage of this game, it gives me the impression that it is the Titanfall 2 of Halo. I also very much hope they consider adding some sort of story or campaign, but even if they don't, they have an amazing multiplayer experience and the passion to keep making it better.

Last few months I've been playing Splitgate as my goto fps and man is it a blast. I can't believe how much fun and inventive stuff there is that you can get into as much as you want, like it's super respectful of your time!
Also not a console fps guy at all any more, I legit look like your dad playing Halo now, but something about Splitgate clicked with me controlwise to the extent I'll even stick with pad when playing on pc and absolutely pop off
Love the game, can't wait to see where it goes and hopefully it'll find a permanent place in the fps social zeitgeist, it's so good

I just played a few minutes ago and I'm blown away. I was surprised by my own accuracy in Splitgate that I suspect that using MKB in Halo against aim-assist controller players just forced me to git gud.

Personally I have mixed feelings about a campaign, it might be something simple like section 8, vanquish or tomeshift, but would that be worth it? They aren't the first ones with exclusively multiplayer mode. What I'm more interested is if there will be intractable scenery, that way it becomes possible to do mixed puzzles/fighting arenas (an idea nearly impossible to apply)

Splitgate is criminally underrated. Its so well done and has a great foundation as an actual competitive fps unlike all these BRs and hero shooters. I really hope it takes off and becomes the competitive fps standard.

This game is so fun and also I love how easy it is to play at a basic level. Yeah the portals get complex and it can be a pretty mind melting, but the guns are simple and easy to use and aim. I just freakin love this game!!

Splitgate has had literally no content updates besides event game modes for quite a while, so I’m so glad season 2 is out. The new map remake is looking so good!

I appreciate the honesty with this video. Glad you're not hiding the fact that this videos is sponsored. I just wished that you didn't upload this video simultaneously with other Halo content creators nearly at the same time. It just didn't feel right how all of a sudden the surge of such similar content across the Halo Youtubers came about.
