that service head instantly made me think of R2's periscope!

The first part you picked up (72310) reminds me of the small panel that pops up out of R2-D2 when he's underwater...great builds!...stay safe!

I enjoyed watching you guys build together! Doing this kind of build, is like being a kid again. When you didn't need fancy or expensive stuff to have fun, and make something cool. I also want to get one of those desktop vices you have. That looks so handy!

I know it would be less directly replicable but I would love to see you guys do something similar with found objects from someplace like a goodwill or a valuevillage.

Man if I would close my eyes and listen to your voice, I get a huge Junkyard Jedi vibe. Your turning into your dad. Where is the ole Jedi Master?

Your “tools” were awesome! What I like best about them is the weight when handling props made mostly out of non-plastic. When building my props, I want people to be able to turn knobs, squeeze handles, etc. it helps “sell” them as real things. ;)

Very cool! Will have to keep this in mind for my next build.

Another great video! Love all the kitbashed prop tools you two conjured up from all those random pieces. As always, thanks for sharing your creativity with us!

Tools are my favorite part of Sci Fi, I think I like the tools more than the weapons.
In LIGHTYEAR, at the part when time dilation is being explained to Buzz, in the background is a guy working at a toolbox and I think "man, I just wanna be that guy." As cool as it'd be to be something like a Space Ranger or a Jedi, the hero... I just wanna be that guy fixing ships or building pod racers lol.

The building something from nothing I love, I enjoy just making something cool from random junk. Lol.

My favorite books to use for inspiration are the art books from LIGHTYEAR, Jedi Fallen Order, Halo Infinite, Halo 4, Fallout 3/4, and Alien Isolation.
