Each day students, teachers and parents in our school communities have dozens of experiences with our schools. From the classroom to the photocopy room, from the website to the front office, our community of learners has countless points of interaction with our schools. But what are they feeling about these experiences, and more importantly, how do we know? How often do we ask the students who are sitting in front of us in our classrooms, the teachers gathered in our faculty meetings, and the parents who drop their students off in our parking lots each day about their experience with our schools? The answer is not nearly enough.

I'm against school dress codes and uniforms. Most sexist against women and make no sense. My school banned spaghetti straps but their cheerleaders had on tube tops.
