How to use liquid soap in your dishwasher

If you are like me, you are accustomed to using powder or tablets in your dishwasher. When you switch to Mrs Martin's absolutely fabulous earth friendly automatic dishwashing solution, you might be surprised to find it is a liquid! How now?

Dishwasher dispensers are already marked for liquids. My machine has marks at 15ml and 25ml. But I do not really measure too much - I just pour the soap until the dispenser is nearly full, close the dispenser and check the rinsing aid. Viola! You can close your machine and start the cycle.

Liquid soaps work great because it is already dissolved. Never again will you find a soggy lump of tablet stuck to the dishwasher drawer. All the soap runs out when the dispenser door opens, which means you get all the power... which means sparkling dishes.
