You can hear the callsign clearly. The RX-340 is a great receiver. Pity we haven't an equivalent of Part 15 in the UK though I have a ham licence.

Ok so these HF personal beacons are a thing? I'll definitely check your link in the description and hope there are more people doing this. It helps identify propagation and can also help with letting you know how an antenna one is testing is doing.
