I'm curious how long the crystals will actually hold water. For example, if a small amount of crystals are hydrated and spread out in a dish and left to dry at "normal" home temperatures & humidity, about how long would it take for them to dehydrate? Would they actually dry completely or would they just reach a steady state amount of water retention? Thanks!
