My dog was named after this song, and she passed away this morning at the age of 16 and a half. I’m glad that such a happy, uplifting song is what she’s named after cause that’s exactly what she was happy and uplifting. RIP Kaya. I love you stinky

I remember being like 14 and 15 years old almost a man back then in British societies and I used to go around to my school pals on a night and we'd all get inside his shed that had been made into what we would call nowadays a man cave it had electric and a bed and alsorts of shit in there and we would all dive in and share kaya and listen to Bob and a host of other reggae artists it was great times, I was only just saying to somebody that not much has changed from those days apart from now im almost 50 and I have kaya still between my fingers lol. Great artist was Bob there will not be another like him in a long time if ever. His songs are really brilliant stories with great words, I shot the sheriff, trench town rock, buffalo soldier, redemption song, his songs are beautiful they really are and powerful too. RIP Robert Nester Marley.
