in my country electricity costs 0.08kWh.
i have been looking into solar power in last couple days.
i have also looked into wind power but where i live doesnt get enough wind for that.
i have found really useful channels and tips to get the most power from the solar panels.
and i have cheap solar panels here in my country that gives around ~500W per panel.
if you are not trying to run it over night, and only wanna use batteries to regulate the power in the day, you dont need many batteries.
solar power might be a big investment, but with solar you never lose money

it is no surprice if you follow the law about how chips double in size.
and if you look at the picture you show it will just move faster and faster, because it more or less double every year
