Marjorie Taylor Greene Insults Working Class Americans While Smearing AOC

During an appearance (at a Church) this past weekend, Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene tried to dunk on Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but ended up insulting every single working class American in the country. Greene mocked AOC for being a bartender years ago, a common attack from Republicans, and then mockingly said that AOC is "so smart" because of that. The truth is that jobs don't dictate intelligence or even knowledge, and Greene is a prime example of that. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Over the weekend representative, Marjorie Taylor Greene appeared at an America First rally in Texas that, by the way, was actually held in a church, where she decided to try to land a good punch against representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. But as usual, Marjorie Taylor Greene screwed up and ended up in insulting every single working class person in the United States. Take a look at what Marjorie Taylor Greene had to say. Here she is.

Where is that energy going to be created? Y'all, solar and wind. Don't, you know, come on AOC's so much smarter than all of us. She was a bartender. You silly conservative Republicans. You probably have small businesses and things like that. Shame on you, independent people, that know how to balance a checkbook.

So let's remember that every time Republicans want to attack AOC, they always go to the, she was a bartender, right? What a moron, because she had to work for a living. She wasn't born into the lap of luxury. So she obviously must be an idiot for having to go work a job, to pay her bills and be able to survive in the United States. Right? But by insulting that profession, which by the way, there's nearly 500,000 bartenders in the United States alone, what they're actually doing is insulting every single working class person in this country. If you don't own your own business, which we can extrapolate from Marjorie Taylor Greene's little diatribe there, if you don't own your own business, you're a moron. You're stupid. Clearly you're not as successful or smart as everybody else that owns their own business, right? Because that is obviously the ultimate determination of IQ, right?

If you own a business, smart, if you're an employee, dumb. Now I'd be interested to know how many small business owners actually feel that way and if you do feel that way, I encourage you to let your employees know that and then let's see how many of them stick around. And of course you let them know that, not by saying it directly to them, but how you vote. So maybe it's time for employees to start paying attention to which candidates their employers are supporting. Are you working for somebody that supports a politician who thinks you're an idiot? Maybe it's time to rethink that job, right? Not that everybody has that opportunity or that, you know, position where they can just quit and go find a new job. But I think it's time for these small business owners to understand that, yeah, you actually wouldn't even have a small business if it weren't for the people working for you.

The people that Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks are stupid because they have to work jobs. Now, Marjorie Taylor Greene of course, is a small business owner. She didn't start it. No, no, no. Her parents did and they made it very successful and then they sold it to her dirt cheap, her and her husband actually. So that's how Marjorie Taylor Greene got her small business and all the money that she has. She didn't create it. She basically inherited it, like so many others on the right. Didn't do crap, you know, didn't have to make a name for herself. Her name was made by other people who were far more successful than she could ever be.

For someone who doesn't want to be categorized as crazy, she doesn't seem to mind being labeled as stupid and racist.

She really is a vile and classless woman. And she's living proof that power corrupts...

MTG is jealous; AOC is everything she'll never be, beauty, brains, bravery.

The irony of Marjorie's attack is that if she didn't have mommy and daddy build a business for her then she wouldn't even be able to cut it as a bartender. The difference between AOC and MTG is clear, one earned her place in the world while the other has had her life handed to her. And I think that is where the resentment Marjorie has for AOC comes from.

To think, we are being insulted by a woman who virtually has no job...

You can't make this crap up anymore... And I'd rather take advice from a barista than someone who sits on their ass from behind. EVEN LESS SO when your own business is handed to you.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a graduate from Boston University. She graduated cum laude in 2011 and holds a Bachelor Of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics.
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez supported her studies and her family by working, and she is a role model for many girls and young women across the world, who struggle to achieve good education and fulfill their dreams.

AOC supported herself whilst getting an education...respect.

I paid for my college education by winning academic scholarships and working full time as a cook, gardener and cleaner at an assisted living facility. I also graduated summa cum laude, unlike many of my fellow graduates, who didn't work or pay their own way. Criticizing people for how they earn their money, painting yourself as superior and working people--especially those in the service industry--as inferior, shows nothing but a distinct lack of class and empathy.

She insulted everyone who has to work for a living, including many college educated professionals who do not own their own business, eg, nurses, social workers, many psychologist and psychiatrists, many lawyers, biochemists, I could go on.

But do her supporters and most conservatives realize they've been insulted? Most of them have thoroughly displayed their lack of self-awareness.

She's just unhappy because there are people out there who work for a living.

a person who has worked to get ahead is more valuable than a rich self-centered do nothing. the one who worked to get ahead understands the struggles we all go thru.

To any bartenders out there, if you get an order from MTG, CONSIDER spitting in her drink.
I’m not telling you to do it! Just think about it.

Correct me if I'm wrong I do believe AOC do have her degree. And for the people who are laughing are just as gullible as she is.

I hold two bachelor's degrees. The jobs for which I pursued those degrees didn't work out for me, so I spent over 20 years working as a pest control technician. I made peoples' homes and businesses better environments, and I was damn good at what I did. I wore the dirt under my fingernails with pride, and MTG can kiss my ass. I guarantee I'd run rings around her in any intellectual conversation.

Owning a businesses is not a sign that someone is smart. Just look at Trump and the pillow guy

How is this woman even a congresswoman? She's supposed to represent people not put people down. She continually show what an awfully human being she is.
