ESO Tank Builds: Ultimate Aegis- Any Class (Necro Tank Shown)

In this video, I show you an end-game ready 4-man content build that is also incredibly fun for PUGs or for just general shenanigans. In other words, this build is awesome for anyone, not just toxic, sweaty snobs like myself.

The idea is to generate as much ultimate as possible for the group for super fast ultimate dropping shenanigans. This can be used to spank trash mobs between boss fights, apply an insane amount of burst in the first 60s of a boss fight, keep up a high barrier uptime in places where it's necessary, or generate enough solo ultimate so you can just drop your res ult on your terrible friends when they die (necro tank only, of course).

The great thing about this build is it isn't specific to any particular tank class, but because I love necro tanks, I'm showing it on one.

What traits/enchants on jewels? Also what traits on body pieces reinforced or sturdy?
