Julian - Hey crew! So, the Critics Choice Awards were last night, and I was thrilled to see my favorite film of the year, Everything Everywhere All At Once, score big with Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best Supporting Actor, and last but certainly not least, Best Picture! I’d love to hear your thoughts on the ceremony, and what you think of the results! Thanks!

I loved better call Saul, about time it got some love.

Ke Huy Quan has ALWAYS been a frontrunner in the Supporting Actor race since early on. He is the only 100% locked in the four acting categories at this point. You guys are the only ones who are doubting it for some reason.

The critics choice got major points from me for being the only award show that gave BCS it’s due love in the 7 years it was on TV. It’s mind blowing to me that Breaking Bad got ALL the awards & besides the CC, BCS got NOTHING. It is neck & neck with breaking bad (even tho I think breaking bad is better, BCS is right behind it)

BCS is my favorite show of all time and EEAAO was one of the best films of the year. Pity Saul never won an Emmy. Hope EEAAO gets an Oscar nomination.

Better Call Saul is crème de la crème writing it doesn’t get any better than BCS!! ( unless it’s breaking bad) so happy it won best drama!!! Brendan I knew he was a shoe in to win! I knew he’d cry. Everyone loves a great comeback story. I’ve never seen everywhere always or whatever it’s called but I got to it its winning this many awards. May I ask why Wakanda forever is a nomination and not Dr Strange? (Thor deserves nothing)

Totally random unrelated comment: along with making good points, Kris Carr looks really lovely today

I have been most surprised by the lack of Paddy Considine for House of the Dragon in these awards. His performance had the range, wow factor, and heart to win these awards, let alone merit nominations.

Yeah, completely agree about Stellan in Andor not even being nominated, that's just insane to me. He's phenomenal in that show. And Paddy from House of the Dragon? Hello??!?!/

Fraser will likely win the Oscar at this point

I can't take this awards group seriously. They awarded Tar best original score when there's barely one present.

....Or Paddy Considine as the unwilling King in HOTD.

If BCS doesn't win at the Emmy's, I'm rioting...

The guy from The Offer did get nominated, but didn’t win. Not talking about Fogler, the other guy. 😂😂

How can these awards be taken seriously when Glass Onion with ONE acting nomination wins best ensemble over EEAAO with FOUR acting noms Banshees with FOUR and Fabelmans with 🤔

Can we just talk about how many awards that John Oliver has won for Last Week Tonight, YEAR AFTER YEAR?! That show is awesome and they are killing it every year at the Emmys and Critics Choice Awards.

I loved Weird, but I really think it would have been even better if they had someone else play Al. I think Russel Brand or Aaron Paul would have killed it.
Radcliff is a good actor, but he doesn't have enough personality. Al is oozing personality, so I Radcliff played it too flat.

I know I'm in the minority but I really didn't like Weird: The Al Yankovich Story. And yes I get what they were doing & how it wasn't meant to be taken seriously but that doesn't give it a pass with me, I didn't like it. I think his mockumentary from 1985 "The Compleat Al", which shared the same sense of humor except it was documentary style and not biopic style, was a far superior Al Yankovich project.

Avatar The Way Of Water should have won best picture & best director.
