Q50 Blend Door Actuator Replacement - Fix your A/C!!

A common problem across the Facebook groups regarding the Q50 is one where the A/C or Heat will only function on one side of the vehicle. The usual root of the problem in with a faulty blend door actuator. In this quick video, I'm showing you what it is and how to replace it to get your A/C and heat working again!!

FANTASTIC video, thanks so much for getting straight to the point. I just replaced mine in 30 minutes and $120 for the part. The exact part number that I replaced on my 2015 Q50 Sport was 27732 4GF0A, the part from the dealership was 27732 4GF0C. Not sure what the difference is between 'A' and 'C' but the parts look identical and it works.

Thanks . I just also popped off the floor vent . Just pull hard and it comes off as you pull down.

I replaced the part because when I turn on the heater only the driver side works perfect, but the passenger side still doesn’t get hot enough, just a little warm, the same thing when i tried to defrost the windshield, just half of the windshield gets defrost, you know what it could be?, I replaced the part hopping it was that but I’m still having the same problem tho, it just doesn’t get hot enough as the driver side.
