Generate Google Slides and PDFs (Certificates, Proposals, etc) from Google Form?

This video provides a demo of generating Google Slides and PDFs from Google Form Submission using Form Director's Publish Slide service. Also, generated slides can be collated into a single Google Slide Deck using the Append Slide service.

Notifications too can be sent with templated email messages upon Slides/PDF generation.
