Is USC Moving On From Julian Lewis?

Is Lincoln Riley and USC getting ready to test the quarterback recruiting market and offer Husan Longstreet? Julian Lewis is taking his time shutting down his recruitment and it could have a ripple effect. I'll tell you what's happening behind the scenes and what could be happening soon.

The Trojans are 5 days into fall camp and I have a full practice report after watching in person and interviewing the players and coaches after practice. The biggest highlight was the defensive line and the feedback regarding their development. The second segment of the show explains.

USC is known as Wide Receiver U. The Biletnikoff Award Watch List was released with 50 names and not one Trojan made the field of 50. I show why this list makes no sense.

Set the tone… if JuJu is whishy washy, drop kick him to the curb and move on. SC will always attract great QB talent. And Riley’s style of offense and his tutelage will make a good QB perform at a high level. Ask JuJu to make a move on SC publicly or we need to move off the JuJu train. ✌🏽

I think Riley HAS to move on at this point. If he does not, it will set the bad precedent that a qb can string him and USC on in the future. The point needs to be made nationally that we won’t put up with this.

There has never been one player that is above the team, one of the reasons we don't put names on our jerseys. You either want to be part of the Trojan team or you don't.

Juju reminds me of Donte Moore and Melachi Nelson. I'm not completely sold on him. IMHO he has some bust potential. That rockstar attitude when it comes to recruiting reminds me of Korey Foreman What did they all have in common? Longstreet reminds me of Justin Fields, Jayden Daniels.

C'mon Marc! More than 350 players had more receptions, receiving yards, and touchdown receptions than Branch and Robinson last year. 350!!! Why should they have been on the Biletnikoff list? You don't make it based on reputation or potential. You can't look at anything objectively.

We are under the RADAR and have the advantage because people know that we were a few plays away from being SB .500 last year and no bowl. Do you remember Tim Floyd's theme the year of the Sweet 16? More than 200 returning receivers produced more than Branch, Robinson, and Marks last year. I can't comprehend how you can see this as a slight to USC.
