Hanuman was named after the root 'Hanu' meaning Jaw after His jaw was fractured by falling on a mountain when hit by Indra's Vajra, when Hanuman was on His way to eat the Sun.
Worshiping Hanuman gives one relief from the negative effects of both Mangal and Shani, hence one must worship Him atleast on every Mangalvaar and Shanivaar, if not possible daily
