Hey there !!
This is Tech Raj, so in this tutorial i will be showing you how to solve an error in Windows 10 i.e., the error with Automatic Repair
When your computer creeps into this error, it appears such that you are in a loop, an Automatic Repair Loop
The only way to solve this error is that you need to install another OS or even reinstall a new piece of Windows 10, but if you do so, all the files present in the System Drive will get lost !!
Don't worry , if you don't want that to happen, then follow the technique I have shown you in the video about how to back up your files in System Drive by using Command Prompt, without opening your Windows
This should work for sure, when you install another OS or even reinstall Windows 10, your PC will be back to the normal position and you will be able to access all your files, and also as you have backed up your files (Users Folder) , your Downloads, videos, pictures, etc will not get lost !!
This video should probably help you because it is the only way that you can fix this error on Windows 10
So Thumbs Up for this Video :)

Thanks for explanation. But I have a different problem. It shows "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then restarts automatically. It goes to infinite loop like this. How to solve? It's not going further from preparing automatic repair. I have Win 10.

my computer doesn't even give me the option to restart or go to advanced options. the blue screen comes up then it automatically restarts. it's just a damn loop.

I have a problem similar to this, except my computer stays on "Preparing Automatic Repair", and doesn't do anything after. No diagnosis, no option to restart, just a screen saying "Preparig Automatic Repair" Maybe someone in these comments can help me?

I recently helped another individual with this problem. After booting the computer in safe mode and logging into her account we restarted the computer. Her problem was caused by a failed emergency shutdown and this appears to have fixed it. Not sure if other causes of this problem won't be fixed by this method but it worked for her at least. Good luck!

I was having this same problem a few minutes ago. It was going on for the past few hours and everyone was saying that the only way to fix the problem was to reinstall Windows. I loaded by computer up in bios and change my boot settings so that the OS was the first thing that started up. After making this change, I was able to boot back into Windows 10. I am not sure if this will work for anyone else, but it worked for me.
