I live 250 miles S/W of Odessa - Im safe in Bulgaria - Im helping refugees both directly sending money to individuals trying to leave and via the Red Cross with collections of clothes - the point I am getting to is the stress is killing me, my BPwas 160/105 yesterday I had a panic attack at one point AND IM NOT BEING BOMBED...!!!

I cant even begin to comprehend - but the people im helping, they are so traumatised they need constant remote supervision. They go to a Moneygram location and they get lost, then they forget which hostel they are in, what metro line they need - their brains are paralysed. They seem normal to talk to, but they can not perform basic functions. This gives me some idea what its like for them...

I never thought id see the day that the bravery of an elected leader would captivate and rally most of the world. And i hate it comes under such horrible circumstances for the people of Ukraine. This is gut wrenching to watch unfold

The United States has sent military aid and intel to Ukraine and will continue to do so… I only ask that they keep it quiet, stop announcing it. If the U.S. sends planes, don’t announce it. Just like we’re watching this, so is Russia.

I pray we DO close the skies over Ukraine and end Putin's indiscriminate bombing of such a beautiful country. Long live Ukraine.
