How to get Thops's Barrier :
Looted from Thops's body at the end of his quest..
You must give him the Academy Glintstone Key first.
Once he has it, fast travel to the Schoolhouse Classroom site of grace of Raya Lucaria Academy, you'll find him dead outside the room. Go outside and turn right, you'll find him, sitting in a chair.

The spell is really underrated but its definitely not broken, you can see that we take damage during a flurry of spells as there is a downtime even while holding the button (of course to balance it), so use it carefully but yeah this might just be a really cool and situationaly amazing way to deal with any enemy spell
