Bellingham homeless camp protest clouded by COVID-19 concerns

A camp outside Bellingham City Hall drags into its third week with as the pandemic surges.

There is shelter available but " Drugs and Alcohol are not allowed ", so protest your addictive habits out in the elements claiming no shelter!
