A week ago in the evening from the local store, dark ... Between the trees I heard a hoot .. when I check the second hoot, the largest owl was coming straight to me, with those high wings. My mom used to collect owls and I have 4 here and my mom died 5 years ago on April 9th 2018 and lately I've seen tons of articles about owls so I know she is watching over me every day 💔

Owls nested in my orchard. Now they have babies. Near sunset I can hear them, so I walk out and search in the trees. They camouflage so well, but sometimes I find them, one, I assume momma owl and 2 babies. They aren’t terriefied of me at all, I try not to disturb them, I always respect wildlife, but what a magnificent sight. They just stare at me, unperturbed. Really blessed to share the planet with these guys.

I had a couple build a nest in my yard it's no joke about them being the best pest control system! In 3-4 months not one snake, lizard, frog was left in my yard. I believe they took out the possums too. I wonder what needs to be done to encourage them to visit regularly.
