I thought I was going to get a video on how to view from home (the title) - maybe some tips on how to search to get an actually useful result list. But no, it is how they are scanned. Sorry but so far I have not found anything useful, but have had a lot of results that - until you actually click through several screens to see the original image - you don't realise have nothing remotely appropriate. Also quite a proportion have a highlight that is not on the word that it has found.

What do you do with the originals after you have digitised them and how do you get access to the originals to digitise in the first place? There must be plenty of libraries who have historical local papers available which are not kept anywhere else. it would be good to see some of these digitised
